How to crack claws

Cracking our Stone/Rock Crabs to get to the amazing meat is easy to do. We love how the famous Joe’s Stone Crabs shows how it’s done. After you crack the claws, all you do is eat and pull the claw meat off. You pull the meat off the claw, because there is a small cartilage holding it together.
